In contrast to the Healthy Alfredo Sauce recipe, this one doesn't utilize any nuts or milk alternatives. It's a classic, full dairy version, which is perfect for when you don't care about spending a ton of time processing nut creams and just want some great flavor. This is quick, easy, and involves ingredients you most likely already have in your kitchen.
Note: Typical alfredo sauces utilize heavy cream. This recipe is made lighter by using Whole Milk instead, and about half the amount of butter. That being said, this sauce does not compromise on flavor!

Ingredients
1/4cup Unsalted Butter (1/2 a stick)
2 tbsp Garlic, minced
1.5 cup Whole Milk
1/2tsp Salt
1/2tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2tsp Onion Powder
1/4tsp Black Pepper
1.5cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Method
Add the Milk and Butter to the saucepan. Heat it on Low, whisking occasionally, for about 4 minutes (or until the butter is completely melted).
Add the Garlic, Salt, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, and Black Pepper. Whisk until fully integrated.
Add the Parmesan Cheese. Whisk until fully integrated, about 1-2 minutes.
Remove the sauce from heat and serve. The sauce will thicken as it cools.
